4. Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
Most products are made-to-order or sourced upon purchase and are not kept as in-stock inventory.
Order processing times typically range from 3–10 business days, depending on the product and supplier.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on the product type:

Standard Performance Parts (intakes, exhaust components, etc.):
Typically 3–7 business days after shipment -
Large / Freight Items (exhaust systems, oversized components):
Typically 1–3 weeks depending on availability and carrier
All orders will receive tracking information once shipped.
Carrier Disclaimer
Once an order has been shipped, VTK Performance is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers
- Weather conditions
- Operational delays
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may not be modified or canceled once they have entered processing.
If cancellation is approved prior to shipment, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-cancelable once production has begun.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery
- Provide:
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of product damage
- Any relevant documentation
Claims are handled through the shipping carrier and may take 2–8 weeks for resolution.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued after claim approval by the carrier.
Freight Shipments (Important)
For large shipments:
- Customer must inspect the package upon delivery
- Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt (BOL)
- Failure to do so may result in claim denial
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Southern California.
Pickup must be scheduled in advance. Once an item is picked up, it is considered accepted in full condition and is no longer eligible for claims.
