Return and Refund Policy
No Refunds on Processed Orders
Once a shipping label has been created, the order is considered processed and no refunds will be offered.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order during processing or production, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount, and you will be refunded the remaining 70%.
Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-cancelable once production has begun.
Final Sale – Performance Parts
All performance parts (including exhaust systems, intakes, suspension components, and related products) are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
It is imperative to inspect your package within 5 business days of delivery.
We require you to take photos of:
- The exterior of the shipping box
- Internal packaging materials
- The product itself if damage is noted
Failure to do so may result in automatic denial of claims.
Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item is:
- Severely damaged in transit, or
- Defective and unusable
This includes submitting clear photos and/or video showing the full extent of the damage.
If we cannot determine that the product is completely unusable, a refund will not be granted.
In some cases, we may require the customer to destroy the product on video before issuing a refund.
Fitment & Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
VTK Performance is not responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Labor costs
- Fitment issues due to aftermarket modifications or user error
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Tuning & Electronics
All tuning-related products, software, and electronic components are final sale and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to all policies listed above.
Any chargebacks or disputes will be fully contested with supporting documentation.
